Changes to these terms and conditions
Noor Design UK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order though our site, you agree to:
Being legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
Being at least 16 years old
Your offer to purchase goods
By completing and submitting an electronic order in excess of our £10.00, (our minimum order limit) on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note orders will only be despatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We are not liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised.
Ordering Items that are Out of Stock/Pre-order
By ordering out of stock items you hereby agree to wait for these items to become available and unless you have placed separate orders for items that are in stock, your whole order will not be despatched until all the items are in stock. If you do not wish to wait, then please order out of stock items separately. If items are unable to be sourced/incorrectly sent to us or no longer available we reserve the right to cancel your order and reimburse you for the items not available.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this e-mail is an automatic acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute our acceptance of your order. When your order has been accepted you will receive a parcel despatched confirmation. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Despatch Confirmation
We are not obliged to accept your order if for example:
Your Order is less than £10.00
We do not have the goods in stock
Your payment is not authorised
Where there is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the goods
You have cancelled it in accordance with our policy below
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
In the event that an error occurs and an item you have purchased is not in stock or we have been unable to source it, we will contact you prior to despatch of your order. You will be given the option of either cancelling that item or swapping it for a similar in stock item.
Due to the large volume of items that make up the Collection we sometimes, due to unforseen circumstances, do not have enough stock of all of the products that make up the collection. In these circumstances, due to the Collection contents being unknown to the customer, items may be replaced with an alternative product without notification. We will do our upmost to ensure the replacement is within the monthly theme and similar in value.
Cancelling an order before despatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please contact us as soon as possible by sending us an Email firstname.lastname@example.org , quoting your order number and the name the order was made in. Any prepayment which you have made will be refunded to you in full.
Cancelling an order after receipt of goods
Noor Design UK wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the goods you ordered from us. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods were delivered. Should you wish to cancel your order, please send us an Email email@example.com , quoting your order number and name in which the order was made. For orders cancelled under the DSRs, we will issue you with a full refund including the delivery cost. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. However; you will need to return the goods to us at your own expense. Please also note that you are under a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Once we have received your written notification of your intention to return the goods, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. The goods must be returned to us complete, unused and in the same condition as delivered. Returns should be made as soon as possible and the goods should be in the original packaging where possible. We recommend that you retain proof of postage. All refunds will be credited back to the credit/debit card/Paypal account used to make the original purchase.
Faulty or incorrect goods supplied
In the event of any of the items delivered being defect as the result of a manufacturing fault, please notify us as soon as possible by first contacting us by email and providing a picture of the faulty item. Upon receipt we will determine whether the item should be returned to us and we will in that case reimburse you for the returns costs. Subject to stock availability, we will send you a replacement. Should the item no longer be available we will issue a full refund or a credit note, according to your preference.
In the eventuality that the item was missing from your delivery we will despatch it to you at our earliest convenience at our cost. Should the item no longer be available we will issue a full refund or a credit note, according to your preference.
Whilst we take every care to ensure your goods are packaged securely and protected whilst in transit, occasionally damage, for which we cannot be held responsible, may occur. In the unfortunate event your goods are damaged in transit, please take an immediate photograph, retain all packaging and send us an email with as much information as possible, within 48 hours upon receipt of goods. Upon receipt we will determine whether the item should be returned to us and we will in that case reimburse you for the returns costs. Subject to stock availability, we will send you a replacement. Should the item no longer be available we will issue a full refund or a credit note, according to your preference.
Goods lost in transit
Should your order not arrive within 10 working days (domestic), 20 working days (Europe), 25 days (Rest of the World) of the expected delivery date, the item is considered lost by the courier. We will then raise a compensation claim with them and either a) send you a replacement, b) refund your payment, or c) issue a credit note.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up to date, regrettably errors can occur. We will correct all errors as soon as possible and should we discover an error affecting an item you have placed an order for, we will inform you prior to despatch of your order. You will then have the option of either;
Confirming your order subject to the corrected description, price or delivery charge; or
Cancelling your order and receiving a full refund of any prepayments.
Information that you provide to us by using this website must be accurate and complete. Errors in your offer should be corrected prior to the conclusion of our contract. You can correct errors by:
Prior to submitting your offer to us: by re-entering the relevant information in our online order form, using the "BACK" button where required;
After you have submitted your offer to us: by contacting us prior to acceptance by us of your offer.
Prices and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in GBP (GB Pounds Sterling £). There is a currency converter available on the store and this should be used as a guide only. Before completing any Paypal payment, the exact amount you will be charged in your local currency will be confirmed by Paypal. Invoices will be displayed in GBP only.
Overseas customers - are responsible for any customs charges and/or taxes incurred
Some items may result in your package falling into the next postage bracket based on its size and not its weight, In this instance you will receive an email and an additional invoice for the additional postage to cover the excess cost.
If we are unable to make contact with you in relation to the above within 7 working days after having received your order, your complete order will be cancelled. Any prepayment which you have made will be refunded to you in full.
When completing your purchase using Paypal you are transferred via a secure SSL encryption connection to PayPal's secure server. Please note that Paypal is a payment service provider, meaning that they also process regular debit and credit cards. For the most part you do not need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase (though for some countries Paypal requires registration to pay by card).
Manual Payment (UK ONLY)
If you do not wish to pay by the default paypal option you have the option to choose Manual Checkout. By doing this you will not be charged at this point. If you have a debit/ credit card with a UK billing address you have the option of entering your card details in the comments box you can contact us in the first instance by email to arrange the best method for you to pass on your card details. Card payments are currently taken through a Paypal card machine and you will therefore still be protected via their secure ssl encryption server.
If you are based outside the UK and don't want to use Paypal email us to discuss the options open to you to complete your purchase.
Gift vouchers are redeemable against goods (but not shipping) on this website.
Gift vouchers can be purchased for personal use or to give away to anyone, who in turn may pass them on to someone else, however they may not be re-sold.
It is the responsibility of the buyer and/or the recipient to keep the voucher code safe, as anyone who has access to the code will be able to redeem it.
Multiple gift vouchers cannot be used in the same transaction.
Gift vouchers are only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. Vouchers presented after their expiry date will not be accepted by the site, will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The following is a list of countries that Noor Design UK ship to. If your country is not listed, we do not currently offer service to your location for a variety of factors. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Colour, Size and Weight Variation
We use high quality corrugated cardboard boxes and boarded envelopes that are large enough to accommodate the scrapbooking papers. For smaller items we use padded jiffy bags and quality envelopes. It is important to us that your goods are well protected during transport and we take every care with the packaging, to ensure you receive your goods in excellent condition. Additionally, the papers, as well as some other items are packed in fresh grip seal or cello bags.
We aim to despatch all orders placed, where possible the same day. Orders not despatched the same day will be sent the next available business day. During busy times orders may take longer to despatch. Please note that no orders are despatched on Saturdays and Sundays.
During the checkout process you will have the choice of two carriers:
Royal Mail, the UK’s national carrier
Parcels sent via Royal Mail First Class are usually delivered the next working day, including Saturdays in the UK. 2nd Class Post within 2-3 days. Royal Mail’s delivery aims are 3-5 working days after posting for destinations in Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, by the local country postal service and/or customs checks.
Hermes offer a 3 day delivery (UK) and offer parcel tracking information.
Shipping charges for domestic as well as international orders are calculated according to weight. Please note that this is an average weight and it may vary slightly from unit to unit.
Occasionally a delivery will classify as a small parcel due to it's size, even though it's weight at the checkout deems it a small or large letter. This particularly affects deliveries with12x12 papers contained within them, but can also occur with some of our smaller bulky items if ordered in small quantities. In these cases you will be contacted via email to inform you of the excess postage charge.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
